英国出身、日本在住歴は30年以上。過去10年間務めたマッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニー日本支社では、クライアント・コミュニケーション・マネジャーとして、社内コンサルタントや顧客へ、リーダシップやプレゼンテーション等のスキルを指導してきました。
2013年に起業、2016年に法人化し、株式会社さすがコミュニケーションズを設立。現在はハイレベルのトレーニングやコーチング・プログラムを企画・実施することで、多数のグローバル企業から引く手あまたのコーチです。
また、女性に特化したイベントでの講演依頼も多く、TEDx Roppongi、日経WOMAN EXPO、GoogleのWomen Will、FEW（For Empowering Women）Tokyoや、多数の企業でゲストスピーカーを務めた他、日経のオンラインコラムにも寄稿しています。著書には「英語の仕事術」（小学館）があり、ポッドキャスト番組「Sasuga! Podcast」のホストも務めています。
過去には東京大学エグゼクティブ・マネジメント・プログラムでも講師を務め、2017年には、早稲田大学大学院経営管理研究科において春学期早稲田大学ティーチングアワードを受賞しました。
