Welcome and Introduction

 

Step 1

Write your top 3-5 high-level goals for 90 days

 

Step 2

Write your weekly actions toward each goal

 

Helen answers the question:

"When I decide weekly action, should I need to design each week's action to achieve the goal or can I just focus on this week?"

 

Helen answers the question:

"I guess I am having trouble with goal vs task. Some of my goals seems like tasks. For example, I listed "create a job description for my new hire." Its been on my to do list for a while, but I want to finish by the end of December. Is this a goal?"

 

Step 3:

Note your existing commitments and time left each day

 

Step 4:

Reflect on your wins and lessons learned, and thoughts for next week

 

Step 5:

Brain dump

 

Step 6:

Decide what to do on which days

 

Helen answers the question:

"How do you take time for selfcare?"

 

Step 7:

Congratulate yourself – you did it!

What was most useful for you?
