Step 3:Â 60-Minute Consultation
In this session, we’ll take a deeper look at your habits, challenges, and experiences, including any struggles with restrictive eating, diet culture, or weight fluctuations. This allows us to create a personalised plan that aligns with your goals and supports your unique needs.
Step 4: Your Personalised Plan
Based on the insights from your health questionnaire and consultation, we’ll design a tailored plan to support your goals. This plan may include nutrition guidance, fitness recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments, all customized for your situation and preferences.
Step 5:Â Ongoing Support & Check-Ins
We’ll schedule regular 30-min check-ins (weekly or biweekly) to monitor your progress, address challenges, and make adjustments as needed. You’ll also have access to ongoing support via email or messaging for any questions or motivation during our time working together.

Over the years, I spent a lot of my time experimenting with different types of diets - vegan, intermittent fasting, low carb, and more - expecting that one of them would be “the one” that made me look fit and be healthy. I pushed myself to be as “healthy” as I possibly could. But this led to hormone imbalance that ultimately resulted in losing my period, as well as ruining my relationship with food, body image, and self.
